Bedrooms
All bedrooms at Villa K have floating king size beds with luxury mattresses, LED under lighting and polished concrete flooring. They are fully air conditioned and each has an en suite bathroom, supplied with Sukin Organics natural skin and hair care products.
Situated on the upper floor, the master bedroom suite features a dressing room with full length wardrobes, built in safe and en suite bathroom. Bathed in natural light from windows on three sides at the front of the room, double doors open onto a private balcony terrace with a mushroom daybed and canvas umbrella for afternoon shade. A perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon or watch the beautiful sunsets. The luxurious bathroom features a free standing white bathtub, with a stunning view of the ocean surf break, palm trees and rice paddy fields. Double ceramic basins sit on a limed teak vanity table with a backlit mirror, next to the rain shower. Finished in black lava stone for a sophisticated look.
Situated on the lower floor, each of the three guest bedrooms are similar in design to the master bedroom, featuring limed teak furniture with colourful modern abstract paintings, cushions and accessories to complete a modern and fresh look. Each bathroom is finished in a light local stone, combining smooth and mosaic feature walls behind indoor plants and an open-air rain and hand shower. Combined with a limed teak vanity unit, ceramic basin and backlit mirror, this creates a very natural and warm look.
Double doors in each guest bedroom open either onto the covered area of the pool deck or into the garden, facing towards the ocean.

Outdoor Living
Running the full width of Villa K, the upper floor balcony provides plenty of outdoor space in both sun and shade, cooled by sea breezes and ceiling fans.
It is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, Barcelona style reclining chairs and a mushroom day bed with an umbrella for shade. A high bar table and stools next to the kettle BBQ provide the perfect setting for sun-downers and a seafood feast.
Downstairs, the pool deck has plenty of sun loungers, bean bag chairs and inflatable Spring Float pool beds. The pool is finished in a green smooth natural local stone, which complements the villa’s environment and is the perfect place to cool off on a warm afternoon.
Lush tropical plants, lawn and a water feature surround the pool area. Steps down from the pool deck lead to a level lawn area, where guests can enjoy the privacy and comfort of the traditional thatched roof gazebo, set amongst the frangipanis.
From the bottom of the garden there is access to a track which leads to the beach, just 400m walk.
Indoor Living
Entry to Villa K is on the upper floor, across a stone & glass bridge walkway, into the lobby and through to the open plan fully air-conditioned living space. This area features an amazing ocean view, with bi-fold doors opening onto the large outdoor balcony.
The lounge area has comfortable sofas and colourful cushions, in front of a large flat screen satellite TV. The dining area features a large teak table and seats 10 comfortably on cushioned white resin chairs. There is additional seating at the kitchen island / breakfast bar, an ideal place for a cocktail whilst our chef prepares a delicious dinner.
Behind the island sits the main kitchen at the far end of the villa, with a smaller staff kitchen to the side. These are very well equipped for both guest and staff use, with modern appliances and plenty of quality tableware and glassware.
The internal staircase leads down into the air-conditioned media room, which sits between the bedrooms. A sofa and colourful bean bags provide for free style seating. This space can also act as a playroom, extra bedroom or simply a space to relax with a book or play games. Double doors open directly onto the covered part of the pool deck.
