Max 10 people in 4 king bedrooms & 1 sofa bed (in media room). Top quality mattresses, luxurious linens and plenty of comfortable pillows and cushions. Each bedroom has Panasonic air conditioning and both day and night roller blinds. You will be sure to sleep well.

Upstairs - open plan living, dining & kitchen area, with large balcony terrace. Master bedroom suite. 

Downstairs – 3 bedrooms (all with en-suites), media room opening to pool deck with loungers and bean bags.

Garden gazebo located below the pool deck, for additional privacy. Ideal for a Spa treatment.

We have a 10m x 4m chlorine pool finished in local green sukabumi stone.

Luxury sun beds and soft pool towels provided.

We have an on-site Villa manager who will co-ordinate all of your requirements.

Supported by your private chef, two housekeepers, gardener and 24/7 security guards.

Discrete and efficient, they will all look after you to the very best of their ability.

Daily breakfast is included in the rental. Complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water. For lunch and/or dinner, our chef is available to prepare a wide range of Indonesian, Asian, Western, Vegetarian, BBQ and children’s menus. We can supply a full range of soft drinks, fresh juices, beer, wines and spirits (including cocktails) available at market prices. Special requests accommodated (including dietary requirements, champagne, cakes etc).

Free Wi-Fi internet access, plus mobile phone coverage. 

We are in a rural location, but you can stay in touch with the world if you need to.

But we completely understand if you want to just switch off. In fact, we highly recommend it!

We have two large Samsung LED smart TVs, with satellite Indosat TV, a Samsung home theatre DVD system, a Bluetooth music speaker for you to play your music, as well as plenty of books and board games. Relax and enjoy!

Baby cot & high chair provided. A babysitting service is available on request for a nominal charge. We have made every effort to ensure the villa is built to European / Australian safety standards. Young children must be closely supervised, especially around the pool, stairs and balcony areas. 

Complimentary in-house guest laundry service (excludes dry cleaning).

Iron and ironing board available.

One car with driver included in the rental which will seat up to 6 guests (for up to 8 hours per day, fuel cost is additional but inexpensive). 

We can provide an additional vehicle/driver for larger groups, cost approx $40/day.

Lombok offers you plenty of things to see and do - make the most of it!

The villa built-in size is 354 sqm on a total of 2,000 sqm garden and land area.  The villa is built into the side of a hill on bedrock, with the pool in front of the villa. The gardens are stepped down towards the track which leads to the beach at Torok.

At Villa K, we recognise that your security is very important. In building the villa, we have formed strong relationships with the local community, whose support we value highly. Nevertheless, we are in a remote location, so we offer a high capacity back-up electricity generator, in-room safes, fitted smoke alarms, first-aid kit, fire extinguishers and CCTV security.
